While May is still early in the growing/harvest season, a lot of fresh produce arrives now at local farmers markets in Chicago. We’ll have lots to choose from at this point; so expect tasty vegetables from Brockman Farms, Nichols Farm, River Valley Ranch, Klug Farms and more.
