Learn how to make delicious sourdough bread at home in your oven, with minimal effort and only a few tools. I will cover different bread recipe ingredient ratios and shaping techniques. All participants will get to take home some of my personal sourdough starter as well as their own loaf of bread. I’ll provide drinks and light snacks for a tasting menu too. Limited to just 8 students, this is always a very popular class that fills up quick. I will provide all ingredients, tools and instructional handouts. $65/person+tax. No experience or equipment necessary. Class size is limited to 8 people.
